It’s important to start your day with good vibes. No better way to start your day than to wake up and have a routine for a great start.
When you are starting your day with a morning routine, you are in fact investing in yourself first. This investment pays dividends throughout your day and throughout your life.
I’m pretty sure that throughout the course of my 20 years on Earth, I have always had a hard time waking up in the mornings. With classes at 8AM most days of the week, I’ve had to get myself into the habit of waking up early and getting everything done.
- Wake up 5 :30am
- I check my phone ( Instagram, twitter, blog & emails)
- Bathroom to do all my hygiene
- Beauty room , dress up and do all my makeup, I take around 15 – 20 minutes to do my everyday makeup.
- After I just grab my bag and going class.
Mornings can be tough, but they don’t have to be. If you want to wake up earlier and be able to get more done, you just have to figure out a routine that works best for you – and stick to it! If I sleep in one day, then I am thrown off for multiple days after that. Even on weekends I still get up early and follow most of these same steps, I just usually spend more time relaxing throughout the day! Maybe you can take away some of these ideas to add to your own routine in order to make your mornings brighter!
